A5 Moves Forward with New Businesses, Reinforcing Growth Potential and Investor Confidence with On-Schedule Debenture Repayment

A5, a leading luxury property developer, continues to outperform despite the economic slowdown and subdued property market at the beginning of the year, supported by strong demand across all its projects. The company is preparing to launch two new businesses to strengthen its long-term revenue structure. With a sales backlog exceeding THB 800 million, A5 is reaffirming investor confidence and confirming that its debentures will be repaid as scheduled.

Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leading developer of luxury low-rise and high-rise residential properties, stated that although the economy remained sluggish at the beginning of the year, the company had continued to achieve steady growth. Demand for luxury low-rise residences in high-potential locations, in particular, remained healthy, aligning with the company’s strategy of developing projects that address genuine market demand.

A5 has received an overwhelming response to Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha, a super-luxury private pool villa project. More than 50% of the project was sold within less than two months, and the company is now preparing to launch Phase 2. This achievement reflects the strength of the A5 brand as a property developer with a genuine understanding of the lifestyles and preferences of luxury customers.

The company currently has a sales backlog of THB 791 million as of December 2025, generated by four projects: Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha, VANA Ratchapruek–Westville, and a project in Udon Thani Province. Ownership transfers for all four projects are expected to commence progressively from the first quarter of 2026.

In addition, A5 is preparing to take another significant step by launching two new businesses this year, further advancing its integrated residential business ecosystem. The first, Upper Class Solution, will provide premium residential services designed for customers seeking an elevated living experience. The second, A5 Design, will offer residential design, interior decoration, and extension services delivered by a team with an in-depth understanding of luxury customers and expertise in distinctive, highly individualised design.

These new businesses will strengthen the company’s revenue structure and support stable, sustainable growth alongside its core property development business.

“A5 continues to achieve steady growth, driven by the strength of its project portfolio and sales backlog, together with the expansion of its integrated residential service businesses. The launch of Upper Class Solution and A5 Design will enhance our revenue-generating capabilities and long-term growth potential. At the same time, the company maintains strong liquidity and sound financial management and is fully prepared to repay its debentures as scheduled, reinforcing confidence among investors and shareholders,” Mr. Supachoke said.
