Dividend Policy and Payments

The Company's dividend payout policy is to pay the rate of 50% of the net profit after taxes and legal reserve

of the Company's separate financial statement. However, the dividend payment may be subject to change depending on the Company's performance, investment plan, liquidity, necessity, and other suitability as the Board of Directors deems appropriate for the utmost benefit of the shareholders.
