A5 Joins SET’s JUMP+ Programme to Strengthen Core and New Businesses Targets 30% Revenue Growth and THB 500m Net Profit by 2028

Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5) has joined JUMP+, an initiative of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) aimed at enhancing the capabilities and market value of listed companies. The luxury property developer plans to use the programme to strengthen its strategy, management practices and long-term growth prospects as it implements a three-year business plan targeting revenue growth of at least 30% and net profit of THB 500 million by 2028.

Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), said participation in JUMP+ marked another important step in strengthening the organisation and pursuing quality growth.

Under its three-year roadmap, A5 intends to expand both its existing operations and new businesses, targeting revenue growth of at least 30% and net profit of THB 500 million by 2028. The plan is built around three strategic priorities.

1. Scaling the Core, Shaping the Future

Under its Scaling the Core strategy, A5 will continue expanding its core property development business, with an emphasis on quality growth, sustained profitability and efficient capital deployment.

The company plans to develop projects in promising market segments and high-potential locations while maintaining its standards in quality, design, service and sustainability.

At the same time, the Shaping the Future strategy will take A5 into related sectors and other businesses with strong growth potential, creating a new S-curve for the company. The strategy is intended to generate additional revenue streams and diversify business risk.

A5 will focus on strategic partnerships and asset-light investment models while maintaining financial discipline. The company has already launched two new businesses—Upper Class Solution and A5 Design—as part of this expansion.

2. Strengthening Governance and Risk Management

A5 plans to promote greater diversity on its board of directors across gender, age, experience, expertise and perspectives. The move is expected to enhance the board’s ability to provide comprehensive oversight through transparent and accountable processes.

The company is also seeking certification from the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) by 2028.

Alongside its governance initiatives, A5 will strengthen its enterprise risk oversight by integrating emerging risks into strategy formulation and decision-making at both board and management levels. The approach is designed to enhance organisational resilience and support transparent business operations over the long term.

3. Advancing Climate Action

On the environmental front, A5 began preparing its corporate Greenhouse Gas Inventory (GHG Inventory) in 2025 to systematically collect emissions data and establish a reliable database.

The company expects to begin disclosing selected greenhouse gas information in 2027, with full disclosure targeted for 2028.

“A5 is pursuing balanced growth across financial performance, corporate governance and environmental responsibility to build a stronger organisation,” Mr. Supachoke said.

“Participation in the JUMP+ programme will reinforce our capabilities in strategy, management and sustainable growth. It will serve as an important mechanism for A5 to expand its businesses, create new opportunities and move steadily towards its long-term growth targets.”
